Amihan Solutions is a Swiss-owned and managed company, which started business operations in mid-2021 in the Philippines and Switzerland. Amihan Solutions mission and vision are to promote Filipino digital talents to companies in Switzerland, and globally that share the values of people empowerment and development to grow together as an organization and an individual contributor.

The challenge.

Post-pandemic, startup outsourcing companies face various challenges. Economic uncertainty can impact client acquisition and retention, while talent acquisition and ensuring efficient communication and productivity. Contractual issues, financial constraints, digital transformation demands, and compliance with evolving regulations further compound the challenges for these startups.

Global companies will also exhibit skepticism at first towards working with Filipino workers in outsourcing companies due to several factors, whether geographical and cultural distance, which might raise doubts about effective communication and understanding of business processes. Language proficiency and collaboration concerns, along with the perception of varying work ethics and quality standards, contribute to reservations about outsourcing critical tasks to Filipino workers.
